Job Requirements
- Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashing machine and pot-scrubbing stations
- experience with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen tools and areas preferred
- capability to receive and properly store deliveries
- physical ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- willingness to stand, walk, or sit for long durations

Job Qualifications
- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- no related work experience necessary

- willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools including dishwashing machine and pot-scrubbing station
- wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries and store perishables properly while rotating stock
- use detergent and sanitizing chemicals in the three-compartment sink to clean dishes
- inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items and send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing
- sort, soak, and wash silverware
- empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster area
- clean and mop all assigned areas
- dispose of glass in proper containers
- break down cardboard boxes and place recyclables in the recycle bin
- follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- report maintenance needs and unsafe work conditions to management
- move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
