- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks

- Willingness to assist with additional cleaning projects

- Ability to operate washing equipment safely
- Attention to detail in cleaning and polishing
- Good physical stamina for standing and manual tasks

Job Duties
- Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware
- Carefully wash dishware by hand and operate washing equipment safely and skillfully
- Thoroughly clean all service ware, cookware, utensils, including polishing stainless and silverware
- Maintain safety in the kitchen by clearing spills promptly
- Keep all kitchen equipment, oven vents, floors, walls, and cook surfaces clean
- Empty, wash, and return trash bins when over three-quarters full
- Keep the wash area organized
- Assist with special and deep cleaning projects
