Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass background check if required by company policy
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to work well within a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail regarding sanitation and safety protocols
- Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Job Duties
- Provide guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware, and equipment
- Serve as sanitation specialists to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines including those enhanced for COVID-19
- Assist with preparation of scratch-made food when cross-trained
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
- Support the BOH team in maintaining a clean and organized work area
