Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in a fast paced kitchen or restaurant environment preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to obtain local health department certification and state liquor control board certificate
  • Willingness to comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Maintains neat clean and well groomed appearance
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules according to business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities
  • High school education is preferred
  • Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates such as local health department certification and state liquor control board certificate
  • CPR certification and or first aid training preferred
  • All employees must maintain a neat clean and well groomed appearance specific standards available in our employee training manual

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift 50lbs while adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines
  • Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Effective communication skills
  • Provides support to BOH staff while adhering to all safety and sanitation and company policies and procedures
  • Interacts with the staff and guests in a positive manner as to achieve our desired result of achieving 100% guest satisfaction
  • Responsible for various tasks including but not limited to ensuring flatware glassware china etc are properly washed and put away assisting in various BOH tasks basic cleaning stocking emptying garbage and recycling bins maintaining chemical cleaners at appropriate levels properly cleaning and maintaining equipment to ensure equipment is operating properly reporting any equipment issues to the BOH management team
  • Completes tasks for each shift according to the needs of the restaurant
