Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize plates, glassware, and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing area
- Ensure guest and team member touch points are sanitized
- Operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash items as needed
- Dispose of waste and maintain waste management protocols
- Support kitchen staff by restocking clean items
- Adhere to health and safety standards
