at least 18 years old
US citizen or green card holder
willingness and ability to work minimum 12 hours per day, 7 days per week, up to 28 weeks
able to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
able to stand and walk for extended periods
able to bend and climb
pass mandatory pre-employment drug test

Job Qualifications

minimum age of 18 years
American citizen or green card holder
ability to work up to 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for 28 weeks
ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
ability to pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
willingness to comply with grooming standards regarding visible tattoos and piercings
ability to abstain from alcohol consumption while on duty
strong work ethic with a positive attitude
ability to perform emergency and safety functions essential to ship operation

Job Duties

responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the galley including cutlery, glassware, dishes, and surrounding areas
receive and carry food deliveries which require lifting boxes that weigh up to 50 lbs
ensure that the commercial dishwasher is operating properly and efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues to management
create genuine rapport with guests and cater to all galley requests in an efficient manner
perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation and assisting during special events including afternoon teas, snacks, and evening entertainment
