Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
excellent teamwork and communication skills
willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus

basic knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area and surrounding kitchen spaces
ensure timely availability of clean dishware and utensils for kitchen and waitstaff
follow all safety and sanitation guidelines according to company standards
assist in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by monitoring hygiene and cleanliness
support team members by performing other cleaning duties as assigned
comply with health inspection requirements and company policies
