Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and restaurant touch points
- operate dishwashing machines efficiently
- assist with proper disposal of waste and recycling
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- support kitchen staff as needed
- ensure timely removal and replacement of clean dishes for service
