Job Duties
- Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
- Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment for guests and team members
- Support team member wellness by upholding cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain workflow
- Dispose of waste and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
