- able to work on feet at least 5 hours at a time

- able to lift bags, cases and stack racks up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans using dishwasher or by hand
- keep dishwasher clean and report any functional or mechanical problems
- place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
- maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean and orderly fashion
- clean restrooms and common areas of the banquet area
