Job Requirements

Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
Culinary experience preferred
Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Culinary experience preferred
Ability to work as part of a team
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Understanding of cleanliness and safety standards
Ability to operate dishwashing equipment safely
Strong communication skills

Job Duties

Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
Supporting the cooks with prep work, preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits and other tasks as needed
Focusing on the team and guests in every decision
Following all cleanliness and safety protocols
