Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

No prior restaurant experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to handle physical work including standing and lifting
Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
Reliable and punctual
Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene practices

Job Duties

Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and safely
Ensure all dining utensils are clean and ready for service
Support kitchen staff by managing inventory of clean dishes and supplies
Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
Assist with other kitchen duties as needed
