Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirement and authorization to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Strong attention to detail and multitasking capability
Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Commitment to customer service and teamwork

Job Duties

Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
Clean and sanitize all dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
Operate dishwashers and other equipment safely and properly
Empty all trash from kitchen and other areas
Work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, including making Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and other tasks as needed
Focus on the team and customers: every decision must consider both the customer and the team
Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
