- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous kitchen or food service experience
- ability to follow instructions
- good communication skills
- physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
- willingness to perform cleaning and prep tasks
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Assist in restocking inventory as it arrives
- maintain kitchen floors clean throughout the day
- maintain clean and organized dish area
- ensure all dishware, pots and pans are clean, sanitized and dry
- complete assigned prep task assigned by chefs
- assist servers, cooks, and prep staff as needed
- ensure trash is taken out to designated area throughout shift and end of day
- other duties as assigned by management team
