Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand
- Ensure kitchen and dishwashing area are clean and organized
- Follow safety and sanitation policies
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep and cleaning tasks as needed
- Maintain proper storage of clean dishes and kitchen utensils
- Support kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service
- Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately
