- less than one year experience in customer service or food service environment
- ability to follow instructions and maintain sanitation standards
- capability to perform physical duties such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- willingness to work varied shifts
- ability to operate dishwashing equipment

Job Duties
- Retrieving trays from dirty utility room
- cleaning off meal carts
- sending dirty dishes through dish machine
- washing pots
- placing clean dishes in designated work area
- throwing trash
- sweeping and mopping
- participating in delivery of food services tray to customers while maintaining quality and sanitation standards
- assembling and delivering patient/customer meals in accordance with established criteria and procedures
- supporting the organization's visions, values and strategies
- maintaining and supporting sanitation standards as required by department policy and regulatory agencies
- operating and maintaining equipment commensurate with job assignment
- ensuring quality guidelines are maintained as they pertain to the area assigned
- maintaining department records, reports and files as required
- participating in educational meetings/in-services
- performing other duties as assigned
