Job Requirements
- Less than high school education
- up to one-month related experience or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- ability to write simple sentences

Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize pots, dishes, utensils, carts by mechanical or hand washing
- stack plates
- sort and polish silver
- maintain sanitary conditions by cleaning work areas daily
- receive, stock, store, and transfer supplies and equipment
- clean kitchen surfaces including stainless steel tops, shelves, and walls
- clean equipment and floors
- remove trash and garbage and steam clean or hose out garbage cans
- attend in-service training and educational seminars
