Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills
Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Duties

Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Operate dishwashing machines effectively
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
Assist kitchen staff with basic prep and stocking duties
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Support front-of-house staff by promptly supplying clean dishware
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
