Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing machines effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
- Assist kitchen staff with basic prep and stocking duties
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Support front-of-house staff by promptly supplying clean dishware
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
