Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
- Current food handler's card and relevant certifications as required by federal, state or local law
- Basic knowledge of food handling, equipment and kitchenware sanitation and storage
- Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, stoop and kneel frequently
- Routine standing for duration of shift
- Ability to maneuver hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys and other relevant kitchen tools
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Job Duties
- Create a relaxed destination actively participating in a team environment and demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills to promote culinary success
- Set the course by fostering cleanliness and sanitizing tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment
- Build the perfect oasis by keeping the dishroom and equipment clean and organized
- Support your crew by ensuring safety, cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
- Maintain proper food and equipment handling including storage and rotation
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Participate in seasonal menu preparation and provide knowledgeable service on scratch cuisine and handcrafted cocktails
