Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen cleaning preferred
- knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical stamina for prolonged standing and repetitive tasks
- willingness to follow directions and maintain a positive attitude
- ability to communicate effectively
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen cleaning preferred
- knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitizing techniques
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- good organizational skills
- basic food safety knowledge
Job Duties
- performs dish and pot washing and general cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining room
- assist in ordering and storage of food and non-food products
- sets up and maintains the dishwashing area
- distributes and stores clean pots, dishes and utensils
- cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
- empties trash containers as required
- assists in preparation of food as directed by supervisor
- notify Director of Hospitality of any malfunctioning kitchen equipment
- maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen
