Job Requirements
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- High school education is preferred
- Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift 50lbs
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Regular attendance and adherence to company rules and policies
- Maintenance of a neat, clean, and well groomed appearance

Job Duties
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift 50lbs while adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines

- Provides support to BOH staff while adhering to all safety and sanitation, and company policies and procedures
- Interacts with the staff and guests in a positive manner as to achieve our desired result of achieving 100% guest satisfaction
- Ensuring flatware, glassware, china, etc. are properly washed and put away
- Assisting in various BOH tasks
- Basic cleaning
- Stocking
- Emptying garbage and recycling bins
- Maintaining chemical cleaners at appropriate levels
- Properly cleaning and maintaining equipment to ensure equipment is operating properly
- Reporting any equipment issues to the BOH management team
- Completes tasks for each shift according to the needs of the restaurant
