Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age or older
- availability to work full-time or part-time hours
- willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
- ability to multi-task and stay organized
- eagerness to learn and operate automated dishwashing systems
- strong team player with a positive attitude
- prior experience in a dishwashing or similar role preferred but not required
Job Duties
- clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using automated dishwashing systems
- maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- organize and store clean dishes and utensils appropriately
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- monitor dishwashing machine operation and report any issues
- support team members in maintaining a smooth workflow
