Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No prior restaurant experience required
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capacity to lift moderate weights up to 50 pounds
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills

Job Duties

Ensure all kitchen utensils, pots, and pans are cleaned thoroughly
Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning equipment
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Manage waste disposal and recycling according to guidelines
Assist with kitchen support duties as needed
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
