- wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils thoroughly
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- sort and organize clean dishes and utensils
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- ensure timely availability of clean kitchenware during service hours
- follow safety and hygiene protocols
