Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to move about facility and stand for long periods
- able to bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous maintenance or dishwasher experience preferred but not required
- ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members

- ability to follow dress code and maintain professional appearance
- ability to perform physical tasks required by the role
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and suggest corrective actions
- use chemicals properly in correct quantities
- safely operate all equipment
- clean and sanitize dishware, flatware, and glassware
- sort dishware and flatware carefully to prevent loss or disposal
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils
- adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
- handle glassware and dishware to eliminate breakage
- empty trash and maintain trash cans
- assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief
- assist with line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dirty dishes
- assist with some prep and banquet items as directed
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
- maintain kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
- clean and maintain all mats
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- be friendly and smile while working days, nights, or weekends
- communicate clearly with guests and team members
- follow dress guidelines
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- stand and move around facility for entire shift
