Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and move about the facility for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of the shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- Must adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- Must be disciplined and self-motivated

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Disciplined and self-motivated
- Friendly with ability to smile often
- Able to work shifts that include days, nights and weekends
- Compliant with dress guidelines and neat appearance
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the combined offering of food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Use all chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- Safely operate all equipment
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
- Carefully sort dishware and flatware to avoid loss or disposal
- Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- Adhere to company safety and sanitation policies
- Handle glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
- Empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- Assist kitchen staff members with pressure relief during shift
- Help with line maintenance including sweeping and clearing dishes
- Assist with prep and banquet items as directed by management
- Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- Maintain kitchen storage areas cleanliness and stock
- Clean and maintain all mats
- Provide assistance to other team members as needed
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with team members to promote teamwork and morale
- Demonstrate friendliness and a positive attitude during work shifts
- Communicate clearly with guests and co-workers
- Follow dress guidelines and present a neat, clean appearance
- Work days, nights and weekends as required
