Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in restaurant or kitchen cleaning roles a plus but not required
- ability to operate dishwashing equipment safely
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- cleaning and maintaining all restaurant areas
- cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools
- safely operating dishwashing and other equipment
- emptying kitchen and other area trash
- supporting cooks with preparation tasks including making Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- focusing on team and guest needs in all decisions
- following all cleaning and safety protocols
