Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including late shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 17 years or older
- Food handler certificate required
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish

Job Duties
- Maintains a clean kitchen and dish area by properly washing and sorting soiled dishes and prepping foods as needed
- Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized
- Sets up dish stations including dish machines and sinks
- Maintains clean and dry floors throughout the shift
- Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers
- Changes water in dish machines and sinks every two hours or as required using proper chemical dilutions
- Maintains trash cans throughout the shift and removes full trashcans, boxes, and rinses garbage cans at the end of each shift
- Maintains the dry storage area and organization of storage shelves
- Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties
- Assists with other duties as assigned
- Attends and completes all required training satisfactorily
