Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 6 to 12 months experience preferably in the restaurant industry
- ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods
- must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- must have a positive safe work ethic and be reliable
- dependable means of transportation
- availability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Follow sanitation standards and procedures complying with legal regulations
- clean food and beverage equipment as well as kitchen walls and floors
- respond immediately to unforeseen incidents such as dropped plates
- maintain and operate equipment by following instructions and performing preventative maintenance
- keep all cooking and serving utensils and plates clean and sanitary
- maintain appropriate levels of dishes and utensils
- participate in environmental sustainability initiatives including recycling, waste reduction, and energy conservation
