Job Requirements
- Position requires consistent activity such as walking, bending and lifting
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends

- Ability and willingness to eventually learn all stations on the line

Job Duties
- Ensure tables are clean and cleared of plates, utensils, and drinkware
- Take dirty items to the kitchen for washing and cleaning
- Maintain all kitchen utensils clean, ready to use, and stored safely
- Reset tables for the next guests
- Keep the floor clear of debris and clean
- Assist waitstaff by restocking dry goods such as napkins and straws
- Communicate any issues with food service or dining to a manager or lead
