Job Duties
- cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, and utensils
- maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dining area touchpoints
- following safety and sanitation guidelines
- supporting kitchen staff with timely dishwashing
- ensuring proper disposal of waste and recycling
- assisting with inventory management of cleaning supplies
- reporting equipment malfunctions
