Job Duties
- Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly
- Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning tools
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Sort and store clean dishes and utensils properly
- Assist with kitchen sanitation and compliance with health standards
- Support kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed
- Follow safety and hygiene procedures consistently
