Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen cleaning role preferred
  • Ability to stand and/or walk 100% of time
  • Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to frequently lift up to 30 lbs
  • Willingness to follow safety and chemical handling procedures
  • Commitment to personal hygiene and uniform standards

  • Ability to operate dishwashing equipment accurately

Job Duties

  • Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures
  • Clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management
  • Keep dish room clean at all times
  • Keep sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods
  • Clean dish machine after every meal
  • Sweep and mop dish room floor at the end of each day, and empty mop bucket
  • De-lime the dish machine once a week
