Job Duties

clean all dishes glasses pots pans and utensils used throughout the shift by employees and guests
help put away deliveries
keep the dishwasher in good working order
set up the three compartment sink for hand washed equipment
be knowledgeable of the chemicals used at each cleaning step
sweep and mop floors as needed
maintain open communication with team members
