Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire unless otherwise required by state law
- Ability to communicate positively with team members and management
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to provide exceptional service while maintaining a positive attitude throughout the shift
- Willingness to support all back of house functions to ensure smooth restaurant operation
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 40 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Arrive on time in full uniform and ready to work
- Work directly with team members to meet all needs in a timely manner
- Maintain proper food handling procedures and ensure sanitation of work areas
- Work closely with team members to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Collect bus tubs and dirty dishes from front-of-house and back-of-house areas
- Ensure steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, and utensils for cooks, servers, and bartenders
- Re-stock areas for easy access by other staff
- Provide support to cooks including occasional station assignments
- Communicate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas including sweeping and mopping when necessary
- Assist with overall kitchen cleanliness including taking out trash
- Complete running and end-of-shift side work ensuring areas are stocked for next dishwasher
- Notify management immediately of any potential issues or problems
