Job Duties
- wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently
- assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks as needed
- follow health and safety guidelines
- ensure all items are ready for the next use
- cooperate with team members to maintain a smooth kitchen operation
