Job Requirements

Ability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior experience in a similar dishwashing or kitchen sanitation role preferred

Job Duties

Quickly, efficiently, quietly and thoroughly clean all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
Clean and maintain the dish machine
Maintain safe, clean and sanitary conditions in the dish area
Maintain safe, clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen area
Maintain safe, clean and sanitary conditions in the garbage/dock area
Follow safety and sanitation protocols
Assist with waste disposal and recycling as needed
