Job Duties
- Quickly, efficiently, quietly and thoroughly clean all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
- Clean and maintain the dish machine
- Maintain safe, clean and sanitary conditions in the dish area
- Maintain safe, clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen area
- Maintain safe, clean and sanitary conditions in the garbage/dock area
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling as needed
