Job Requirements

  • Experience preferred but not required
  • Open availability to work shifts starting as early as 4:30 or 5:00 AM
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day and push carts weighing up to 100 pounds
  • Willingness to work in wet or humid conditions and temperature extremes
  • Commitment to follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred but not required
  • Ability to work early morning shifts
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness

Job Duties

  • Wash dishes through the 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher
  • Clean the restaurant including floors, kitchen, and dining areas
  • Manage the facility's trash in accordance with property regulations
  • Unload deliveries and stock supplies as needed
  • Support other restaurant functions and assist colleagues as required
  • Follow all safety procedures and use proper personal protective equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
