Job Requirements
- Experience preferred but not required
- Open availability to work shifts starting as early as 4:30 or 5:00 AM
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Positive and professional attitude
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day and push carts weighing up to 100 pounds
- Willingness to work in wet or humid conditions and temperature extremes
- Commitment to follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred but not required
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness
Job Duties
- Wash dishes through the 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher
- Clean the restaurant including floors, kitchen, and dining areas
- Manage the facility's trash in accordance with property regulations
- Unload deliveries and stock supplies as needed
- Support other restaurant functions and assist colleagues as required
- Follow all safety procedures and use proper personal protective equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
