Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • basic understanding of sanitation and safety standards
  • good communication skills
  • willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • prior experience in food service or dishwashing is a plus

Job Duties

  • clean and sanitize plates glassware utensils and team member and guest touch points
  • maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety standards
  • assist with basic cleaning duties to support restaurant operations
  • collaborate with kitchen and service team members to ensure timely clearing and washing of dishes
  • monitor dishwashing equipment for proper maintenance and report any issues
  • adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety
  • contribute to a positive team environment and support fellow team members
