Job Requirements

must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently bend from the waist
able to stand for long periods
frequent use of hands and arms in repetitive motions

Job Qualifications

must be available on weekends and evenings
able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
detail oriented and maintain high cleanliness standards
follow instructions thoroughly
knowledge of health and safety regulations
current Food Handlers card
accuracy and speed in executing tasks
ability to maintain a clean station

Job Duties

wash and sanitize all flatware, glassware, and china
maintain dish washing area to meet department of health standards
remove trash and keep exterior trash areas clean
work closely with Executive Chef, Prep and Line cooks, and front of house employees
maintain positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
communicate effectively and be a great team player
perform other duties as required including prep work or additional tasks
