Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for long periods
- capability to lift up to 35 pounds
- willingness to bend, reach and twist continuously

- able to work flexible schedules including full and part-time hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior dishwashing or kitchen experience a plus
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- team player with a positive attitude
- good physical stamina to meet job demands
Job Duties
- Provide guests with spotless cutlery, plates and glassware
- keep pots, pans and kitchen tools clean and ready for line cooks
- quickly rinse, wash, pre-sort and deliver clean dishes to the kitchen and dining room
- maintain organization and efficiency in dishwashing area
- support kitchen team with timely cleaning tasks
- adhere to sanitation and safety protocols in the kitchen
- stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive bending and reaching
