Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of previous food service or dishwashing experience required
Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
Available to work part-time schedule including evenings and weekends
Ability to lift and move heavy kitchen equipment and supplies
Must be able to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards
Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1 year of previous food service or dishwashing experience
Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen tasks
Basic understanding of cleaning equipment and chemical use
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong attention to detail and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures
Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures
Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
