Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement
  • Authorized to work in the country applied
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Culinary experience preferred
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Supporting cooks with prep work, including preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
  • Focusing on team and guests by making guest- and team-centered decisions
  • Following all cleanliness and safety protocols
