Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks as needed
- sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages
- follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a sanitary kitchen environment
