- Previous dishwashing or restaurant experience preferred
- Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required
- Capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment
- Ability to read food order slips or understand verbal instructions and prepare food accordingly

Job Duties
- Provide guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware and equipment
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Use knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment safely
- Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions and prepare and cook food according to instructions
- Handle dishwashing duties including cleaning dishware and kitchen utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines during all tasks
