  • Previous dishwashing or restaurant experience preferred
  • Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required
  • Capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment
  • Ability to read food order slips or understand verbal instructions and prepare food accordingly

  • Provide guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware and equipment
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Use knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment safely
  • Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions and prepare and cook food according to instructions
  • Handle dishwashing duties including cleaning dishware and kitchen utensils
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines during all tasks
