Job Requirements

- ability to stand for extended periods

- physical ability to lift and handle dishwashing equipment

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates glassware utensils and guest and team member touch points
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in kitchen and dining areas
- collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure efficient workflow
- adhere to health and sanitation guidelines
- support overall restaurant operations by contributing to a clean environment
- promptly clear dirty dishes from service areas
- assist in organizing dishwashing supplies and equipment
