Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Food Handlers Card for California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Experience in a restaurant or similar environment preferred
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Basic understanding of chemical cleaning agents
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications

- Experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred

Job Duties
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils
- Place dirty dishware in racks to send through the dish machine
- Sort and stack clean dishes
- Carry clean dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areas
- Change dishwater in the dish machine as required
- Wash pots, pans, and trays
- Fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- Assemble and disassemble the dish machine
- Sweep and mop floors
- Wipe down workstations, walls, and furniture
- Remove trash
- Prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection
