Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to push/pull objects and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted on a frequent basis (occasionally up to 50 pounds, unassisted)
- willingness to work in a kitchen environment catering to elderly residents
- must be able to work flexible hours as needed
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Cleans and sanitizes all tableware and cookware used in the service and preparation of meals to the guests
- cleans and organizes all dish areas and storage areas as necessary and as directed
- handles the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas and assists the cook on the serving line during meal periods
- washes and inspects all dishware and glassware
- stores clean utensils, dishes, and glassware in proper places
- keeps the dishwashing machine and dish room in clean operating condition
- sweeps and mops the kitchen area and waitress stations, cleans filters over the stove area
