Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen utility roles helpful but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Operate dishwashing machines and other equipment safely and correctly
- Empty all kitchen and other area trash
- Work as a team supporting cooks with prep work and assisting in making signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- Focus on team and customers, ensuring every decision considers both
- Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
