- Must be 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalency preferred
- able to lift and carry up to 70lbs up to 20 times per shift
- able to stand entire shift
- able to work in damp and hot environments
- able to use kitchen machinery
- able to hold items with hands for extended periods
- able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Loads dish machine and runs it according to Ruby Tuesday procedures
- unloads dish machine
- keeps the dish machine clean and reports mechanical problems
- washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware
- maintains adequate levels of clean tableware
- keeps dish area clean and organized
- bags and hauls dish room trash to dumpster
- maintains adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
- cleans carpeted and non-carpeted floors
- maintains clean, stocked and sanitary restrooms
- cleans, rolls, and unrolls kitchen mats
- sweeps trash around exterior and decks scrubs walkways and back dock area
- sets up, cleans, and organizes work area before, during, and after shifts
- follows HOH cleaning and AM utility programs
- may assist in cleaning and preparing foods for cooking
- performs other assigned responsibilities
